Can I see what's in next month's subscription box?
No - that would spoil the surprise! We'll be posting photos of our previous boxes, when we have them, on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram. We'll also be selling any surplus previous boxes in the shop.
Do you deliver worldwide?
Yes we do! Subscription box delivery rates are:
UK: £2.50 Europe: £6.00 USA, Australia, New Zealand and Singapore: £10 Rest of the world: £8.50
Delivery charges for orders from the shop will vary depending on the order, but full details are available on the delivery page.
How big is the subscription box?
Our boxes are approximately 235 x 165 x 23mm (9 x 6 1/2 x 3/4") and will fit through most standard size letterboxes.
How long will it take for my box to arrive?
We post our boxes on the 28th of the month and delivery to UK addresses should take 2-3 days.
Delivery for overseas subscribers is likely to take 5-10 days, depending on how far away you are!
Orders from the shop should take a similar amount of time.
How long will my subscription last for?
As long as you like!
We will take payment monthly so you can unsubscribe at any time but please be aware that if you do so after the payment date for that month, your cancellation will be effective from the following month.
When will my subscription payment be taken?
When you subscribe we'll take payment for the first box immediately. Your subscription payment is then taken on the same day of every following month.
Why can't I buy a subscription and a pen at the same time?
Unfortunately our ecommerce engine won't accept one-off and recurring payments in the same transaction so you'll need to check out once to order a subscription and then place another order for any other products in the shop.
I would prefer not to pay through the website. Can I pay using my Paypal account?
Yes you can. Instead of using the website checkout, please make payment to email@example.com and send your address details to the same email address.
My receipt is from RMHT Trading Ltd. What is this?
RMHT Trading Ltd is the name of our registered company, and Spotlight Post, Spotlight Stationery and Stationery & Art are our three business brands.
When will you dispatch the boxes?
We aim to despatch on the 28th of the month, but this may vary depending on national holidays etc.
